SpeedSteps problem with E5-2670 v2 2.3ghz / 3.1ghz 10core on motherboard ASUS SABERTOOTH X79

i have problem with speedstep, TurboMode is not work,??
I tried everything and looking for helpMy configurate is:
Hardware:
- ASUS SABERTOOTH X79
- Intel Xeon E5 2670 V2 2.30GHz 115W 10core turbomode 3.1ghz
- GPU toxic 280x - 3Gb

Software:
10.10.4 - Yosemite
MultiBeast 7.5.0: Yosemite Edition is ONLY for OS X 10.10.x.

I tried everything but can not seem to manage to set speedsteps, adjustments
for speedsteps:

1. Drop SSDT = yes, Pstate and Cstate=false
2. ssdtPRGen.sh i make my SSDT profile
sudo ./ssdtPRGen.sh -c 1 -p E5-2670 -turbo 3100 -t 115 -w 3 -x 1 -f 2300

3. delete: NullAppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext
and alive:
AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext
AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementClient.kext
AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementInfo.kext

4. Motherboard have UEFI. toorbomode is enable on them.

does anyone have a solution and can you help me,
With the help of Hackintosh Vietnam Tool 1.9.6 I got one Toorbo mode but after that I could not turn on the computer. Karnel panic.

Open Hackintosh Vietnam Tool and select the following options:

• Chameleon > SMBios: Select the suitable SMBios for your Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge system
• Kexts > CPU Power Management > Patch AICPUPM: Patch AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext to work with locked wrmsr BIOS. If you had already patch your BIOS to unlock MSR0xE2, this is not for you
• Kexts > CPU Power Management > Enable Sandy Bridge-E/Ivy Bridge-E PM: Support speedstep for these CPUs
• Tools > SSDT Generator: Create ssdt.aml in the Extra folder that is suitable for your CPU

In the output you gave at the bottom of your post, it looks like SpeedStep is working:

Each number listed there is a CPU speed in 100 MHz. The one in parentheses is the current one. So in the samples taken by AICPUPMI, your CPU has visited 1200 MHz, 1300 MHz... all the way up to the rated speed of 2300 MHz, and at the moment that printout was done, the CPU was sitting at 1200 MHz (probably more or less idle at that moment).

If you want to see if you can get it higher than 2300 MHz, maybe run GeekBench? Or if it will only turbo up if fewer cores are in use, I know you can get Handbrake to work hard using only a specific number of cores.

I made tests with Geekbench and CINEBENCH R15 or turbo boost is not active. See the picture to the processor consumes only 50w should be dragged around 90w.

If you are not stepping down under light or no load, check for CState residency in your RunAICPUPMI terminal output.

NOTE: Now that I've upgraded to a 4930K and am not using the patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementSandE kext, I've noticed that C3 residency is 0x0 but CPUPM is still working correctly. If this is also the case for you but the CPU is still stepping and has low power draw at idle, don't worry about it.
