Source for replacement switch & USB assemblies for front panels?

I've been searching PC mod sites all morning looking for a USB3 front panel assembly to replace the USB2 assembly in my new rackmount case. No luck.

Does anyone know of a good source for these sorts of bits ...

1) USB3 front assembly

2) LED lit power switches, vandal style.

3) HDA audio assembly (to replace the USB2 instead)

I have a USB3 card reader, so this replacement is not critical, but suits my OCD nature.

I've attached a photo of the front panel. I'd like to replace these bits while I am doing the build.
