Sound Outputs and Inputs Not Showing Up

I've been using my hackintosh for just about 5 months now and I've had no major problems. I restarted my computer to instal a apple software update and now system preferences and audio MIDI setup only recognize USB sound devices. The line inputs and outputs from the mother board and case front panel no longer show up. I've tried restarting and it does nothing to help. If anyone knows how to fix this I would be very grateful.

Do this in MB and reboot.
