The known issues with your hardware list:

TL-WDN480 - this looks like a typo and should read WDN4800 which works fine
ASUS GeForce GTX 780 - All 780, 780Ti & Titan cards available since November/December have had a new GPU chipset that is not yet supported in OS X. We expect that this will change. The buyers guide notes thus

These solutions are supported natively, yet each has certain issues that prevent them from being fully recommended. Use at your own risk. NOTE: OpenCL is not functional using GK110B-based GTX 780, 780 Ti and GTX TITAN GPU models in 10.9. There is no ETA for a fix.

Asus Maximus Gene and other Asus Haswell boards require you to install the extra folder and boot loader to the EFI partition on the boot drive, this is covered here:

Corsair Hydro series H105 - It will work, needs a large case and the supplied software works only with Windows.

Good Luck

Thanks SO MUCH! that exceeds expectations

Case wise i'm looking at the NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower Case Black with Orange, should be good.

Thanks again, first build so i think ill need it

I don't think that the case will take the Corsair H105

Better double check to be sure - the smaller Corsair coolers are all that you should need if the rest of the case is well cooled.

Good Luck
