Sony Vaio Intel HD4000 HDMI video glitch

So I successfully installed macOS Sierra on my Vaio laptop.
The problem I am facing is that when I connect my laptop to HDMI I get lines and glitches(see the screenshot)
Can someone please tell me what to do?
I have attached verbose boot picture, IOReg and config.plist

Graphics not implemented correctly due to incorrect config.plist settings.
