My takeaways:

• Cache-bound trait now just an ordinary matter everyone takes for granted with real perf on a steep curve
• 2x interface speed ~> +30% peak access speed
• That heatsink indicates the
physics of the future: all very-highly integrated devices enter era of diminishing returns on packing due to thermals?
 
That heatsink is larger than many Apple Silicon based laptops.

There's no innovation here. It's just brute forcing more performance. The same as what Nvidia did with the 4000 series video cards. Yes, quadruple slot video cards are now a thing...
