sometimes looping on sleep

Hi,

not a big thing but still sometimes my Mac keeps on looping when going to sleep.
It looks like this is only appearing after the Mac has been running for a while. A fresh boot will go to sleep and wake up with no issues.
Right after it goes quiet and screen turns off I hear the CD drive seek and it will start up again which goes in loops until I wake it up again.

I'd be greatfull for any hint in what direction to search.

If you have Nvidia graphics why are you injecting Intel in your config.plist ?
