m.2 card still works fine (WLAN & Bluetooth, kexts and Patches needed to make it working)

Can you provide additional details on the kexts and patches needed to make it work? Worked in El Capitan, upgraded to High Sierra and on first boot into the macOS wifi was working fine. After restarting it is undetected.
