I don't use the Airport Extreme patch since it can be done with FakePCIID+FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext.
The patch you have entered for fcvo is not correct.
I can tell you're using a text editor to edit your config.plist, without understanding the syntax (<data> must be specified in base64, not hex). Use a plist editor instead.

I have that card bought from that link.
In El Cap it worked OOB
But in Sierra it´s not working in my R4E.
Only Bluetooth is working
UPDATE
It is actually working.
I updated my system HD to a NVME Samsung SSD 950 PRO via PCIE adaptor
I had to change PCIE location for wifi as R4E is a little tricky when it comes to PCIE.
From Shilohh´s AsusX79Files.dmg
"The R4E’s 2nd and 3rd slots are considered “Slot 2a” and “Slot 2b” and cannot be used at the same time as they have identical addresses"

Changing PCIE location only seemed to help but it was very buggy.
Had to use Darkvoids clover patch

And now it´s stable
Update 3
It turned out that it had nothing to do with either PCIE or Darkvoids clover patch.
It was a router problem that now is fixed.(conflicting network)
Very strange cause when running El Cap. on my two desktop hacks there was no such problem

Use Xcode to enter the hex data from my post. Or use copy/paste from one of the many config.plist files that already include the patch on my github.

Any Half-Height mini PCI-E cards that work for macOS Sierra and Windows 10 ? I have an HP Pavilion dv6-7030ee. My current Broadcom BCM94313HMGBL doesn't have a driver for Windows 10, so i'm getting weak signal on Windows 10, so i'm planning to change it.
