[solved] Xcode permission denied in high Sierra

Hey so I was trying fix the backlight like u said but when I went to terminal to check if i had Xcode command lines which I already had and used it to disassable files in Sierra but in High Sierra I get this error

Run 'xcode-select --install'

ok it worked so did the backlight fix
