First,
I have multiple machine in the household online but only one with a major problem and it is the newest chipset version and is not in my signature. It is currently my temp work machine (I am working off windows as the proprietary bending stress engineering program I use is windows only) Machine is dual boot Windows 10 Enterprise and Sierra 10.12.5 with latest Clover and Clover Theme manager installed AppleStyle theme, all other installs from Multibeast excluding Nvidia web driver. Machine was working perfectly till an auto update of Windows OS (KB4032188 (OS Build 15063.502) when it auto restarted it was at the Apple logo after the bootoader time out (9 seconds), and the the load bar was stalled as well as the machine, force shut down rebooting to the Mac side resulted in the same condition, booting with -x boot argument same result. Trying to Boot from Unibeast installer same result, Verbose screen result is show below and attached. Machine boots perfectly to Clover bootloader and to Windows but not Mac side. Wifi which is Apple Broadcom card works perfectly on Windows side as well as hard wire Ethernet.

(verbose text below is partial full screen pic is attached as well as Easy UEFI screens showing boot entries, boot failure occurred with F4 bios , F22a now installed with same result.)

Check and make sure XHCI Hand-off is Enabled in your BIOS.

Thanks Bre,
The XHCI setting was enabled by me prior to the AUTO Windows Update, but since I bios updated from F4 to F22a to stop the Ghost Boot entries and try to get the Mac side booting back, XHCI is disabled by default, and was off. First boot to prohibited sign after enabling, ( but I turned on Intel RST and this seem to be the culprit for the prohibited sign) I have done so many updates recently from 10.12.5 to 6 on my other machines I thought I had done this on this machine. It, however, is running 10.12.4 and I updated Clover today to the newest, it was not old, as I had updated it recently but not the version it is on now as of today. (4184). My intention is to upgrade to 10.12.6, but Nvidia Web driver will not stick or load now. Verified SIP and Gatekeeper disabled then uninstalled, 10.12.4 version of web driver and reinstalled same and still will not hold on, it reverts to OS driver and I am not using nv_disable=1 boot argument. Plist has Nvidia Web driver required lines to initiate. I will try 10.12.6 upgrade and then newer Web driver for that will be auto required. 12.6 also has kernel support for Kaby and the F22a bios that I am now using, is a Kaby support bios. Is there something more I might be doing wrong to not get Web driver to load again after the XHCI fix you suggested when it was working before this windows update fiasco? I noticed Intel injection was checked in Clover Config. but on my first build of this machine I might of used Intel to get it up and running before installing the MSI card. I unchecked hoping that was the problem with the non-loading web driver with no change in result.
Could the Kaby Bios F22a be preventing the Web driver from loading??

Yes, you've lost native NVRAM support.
Gigabyte 100/200 series motherboards need to emulate NVRAM - Problem 6 (Install EmuVariableUefi-64 + RC Scripts)
