Use what works for you. I'm not really interested.

If you're curious, you could easily check what time BIOS displays after syncing the time in Windows.
Then you would know if it is storing the RTC clock in UTC or local.
So, i found the problem. Tumbler "Sync time" must be switched OFF, and i didn't find this in the guide, so with this thing off it works also with dword.

My bios time is 3 hours before windows.

Whether that is correct or not depends on your time zone.

What is Tumbler?

Hmm.. in the time settings there are 2 or more swithers/tumblers, which can be set on/off. So, it is needed to be set off to make this patch work

This is so frustrating to read and absolutely unnecessary. I feel what you're doing. This is not called helping.
