[Solved] vcore problems

Has anyone had any problems with vcore not carrying over from the bios. I know that in mac the voltage is not shown right but in windows it is. I set the vcore to 1.26 in bios but upon start cpuid hardware and cpuz both state that it is at 1.38 volts. When i change the vcore to normal which is 1.36 and use Dviv set to -.2 i get lower to a 1.28 and max low is a 1.21 still high for a 4.1 oc. Its the gigabyte z68x ud4 board and a 2600k.

Nevermind getting better results by using the variable voltage thanks to the voltage drop when not in heavy use just don't know how high I'll be able to take the oc be abuse of this but stable at 4.2 with normal voltage and a -.12 voltage for adjust.
