This one worked for me on High Sierra on same laptop. Does it help?
But with and without update version <string>10.14.x</string>, it does not work.

Which is difference between High Sierra and new mojave? Why does it work on High sierra?

You might want to do some research to determine if there are new/updated patches for 10.14.x.
Also, the patch by Pene is better as it removes the check entirely, so no guessing required.

Deleted all .plist extra files, frozeen same place. Do I need NvmExpressDxe-64.efi?

PD: On High Sierra this SDD hard disk works using this config.plist. Con We use NVMWExpress.kext from high sierra?
PD2: High Sierra System information app says model: LENSE20256GMSP34MEAT2TA. Does it help?

I copied config_HD615_620_630_640_650.plist from https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/archive/master.zip and updated ig-platform-ids with 0x12345678, and added the patch by Pene from (One of the special LiteOn/Plextor/Hynix patches. https://github.com/RehabMan/patch-nvme). Same done on High Sierra. I will delete and make it again!

Yours was an old version.
The files have been updated on github relatively recently...

Deleted config.plist. I copied config_HD615_620_630_640_650.plist from https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/archive/master.zip and renamed to config.plist.
