Motherboard
Dell XPS 15 9570 (Clover UEFI)

Dell XPS 15 9570, 4K model
CPU: i7-8750H
BIOS version: 1.4.1
Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 630

I am unable to boot to the system. I was able to install by using an invalid AAPL,ig-pltaform-id, but that means no QE/CI.

DVMT-prealloc is set to 32MB.

Boot with invalid ig-platform-id, then collect all PR files as per FAQ, "Problem Reporting" (use gen_debug.sh). Attach.

Note: You may need SSDT-DiscreteSpoof.aml.

Does the screen go black after this verbose output?

Was just following this, I'm only able to boot with an invalid ig-platform-id:

Oops, I've it set now.

If you cannot boot, expect to see a verbose boot photo or at least a description of what happens when you attempt to boot with a valid ig-platform-id. I see neither.

It has remained unchanged, this is still what happens and it hangs here forever.

I got to disassembling my setup variables, and I found this:
Code:
0x523FB         Setting: DVMT Pre-Allocated, Variable: 0x8E6 {05 91 C1 05 D4 05 F0 05 01 00 E6 08 10 10 00 FE 00}
0x5240C             Default: 8 Bit, Value: 0x2 {5B 06 00 00 00 02}
0x52412             Option: 0M, Value: 0x0 {09 07 C2 05 00 00 00}
0x52419             Option: 32M, Value: 0x1 {09 07 C3 05 00 00 01}
0x52420             Option: 64M, Value: 0x2 {09 07 C4 05 00 00 02}

I'm assuming "Value: 0x2" means that it's already and actually set to 64M (which is the highest), because that's what the BIOS actually reports.

Test with external monitor or try to connect with remote desktop.

An IFR extract cannot tell you what it is set to.
