thank you for reply and help. Appreciate the effort. I can't find nvram.plist at all. Tried "defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles YES" to look for hidden files as well.

Solved:

After spending hours :banghead: and rebuilding my mac on a separate sdd drive, I rebooted back to my original mac (by switching sdd), and whala no more panic message. To be honest, this is first time that my mac is doing something that i can't explain. Unless of course you issue commands to SIRI .

Perhaps Rehabman can explain....

You should have looked at your Clover bootlog. It writes some lines there regarding when NVRAM is loaded from a plist file...

For the first time now I have the same problem in my Sierra installation.
So I have tried reinstalling completely Clover as suggested in post #10, but the problem remains.
I have also noted that in my case the system uptime in panic report is not the same.
Any way to fix it?

Three panic reports ....

These reports are from your Ethernet kext (AXLEthernet.kext?).
Remove it and find a better one (see laptop FAQ).

I know the panic is in relation with Ethernet kext but the strange fact (for me at least) is that the automatic reboot goes well.

Anyway I'll remove the kext and I'll retry.
