Your timestamps on EFI/Clover are not believable.
If you're using the problem reporting tool, make sure you're using the latest version.

Oh my god.... I think that my bios is corrupted

When i load optimized default, I see FASTBOOT enabled.

and... obviously ..when I disable fast boot and save bios.. all issues are solved.
