[Solved] System hangs at Apple Logo after reboot

I am going to start all over and use Unibeast 8.1 and Multibeast 10.1 and ensure I completely wipe the SSD. Fingers crossed.

I got the same issue here with same MB "GA-Z87X-UD5H"...
I am using Samsung EVO SSD 250GB and a couple of other 1TB spinning drives (for backups).
So, i had to restore my old system because of that.

So, i had to restore my old system because of that.

I have a similar board and had the same issue. After doing some research I resolved it. Two key things I had to do:

1. Drop DMAR and MATS tables.
2. Change the BooterConfig and CsrActiveConfig as shown.

This got me past the Apple logo and able to install. Hope this works for you guys.

Worked for me as well. GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3, i7 2600 K, UEFI Ul1. Thanx a lot!
