Well, I am now 1 line further haha, thank you! Now stuck at "ReleaseIDNode file: /BuildRoot/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/IONVMeFamily-387.260.15/IONVMeController.cpp line: 5492" But I will look that up
Have you solved the problem? I am stuck on the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I got stuck on exactly the same problem. Using Samsung 970 EVO M.2 SSD 500GB.
Error:
AppleNVMe Assert failed: ( 0 != data ) ReleaseIdNode file: /BuildRoot/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/IONVMeFamily/IONVMeFamily-387.270.1/IONVMeController.cpp line:5492
Trying to install Mojave - booting from USB, never reach the installer.
Thanks for any help!
