[SOLVED] Still waiting for root device - Clover Yosemite

I am following this guide to install OS X Yosemite on to my laptop (Samsung NP740U3E-K01UB). I have found a similar working clover EFI folder from https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/samsung-np530u3c-a02ru-el-capitan-works-everything.201650/

Now, I am facing "Still waiting for root device" error while booting from installer pendrive. I have tried using vanilla Clover EFI while pasting the necessary kexts suggested in the guide - https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/ still the same error. I have already tried various boot flags USBBusFix=Yes, npci=0x2000 and also the kext USBInjectAll.kext. No matter what I tried since last 2 days I am unable to solve this issue. I am attaching the Clover EFI folder. It would be great if someone could help me with this problem.

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".

After another day of trying I still have the same issue. Few months back I installed the same OS on same machine. Didnt face this error. But now dont know why i am unable to proceed

Thanks for replying. I consider you as the god of Hackintoshing. All the effort you've put into this craft is appreciable.

Coming to the problem:
I get the following output in verbose mode. After this i get the garbled screen from which i can read "Still waiting for root device" in the last line.

Please let me know if you need anymore files.

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete (EFI/Clover not attached).
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

From where did you download Yosemite?
On what hardware did you create your USB installer?

I have downloaded the OS X(Considering I am trying to install yosemite )files from legit Mac. But I have created USB installer on windows 10 using the guide:

Create USB installer on a Mac, as per guide:

Make sure you use a USB2 stick. Try all USB ports.
