SSD#1
updated from Sierra 10.12.6 15G1510 to Mojave 11.14.0 18A391
-> sleep = shutdown

Reset NVRAM in Clover boot menu (Press F11)
result : no effect

checked the power management preferences in
Code:
/Library/Preferences
Code:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 108 Mar 4 2018 com.apple.PowerManagement.7402D403-3504-9205-E206-BE0700080009.plist
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 393 Sep 26 17:43 com.apple.PowerManagement.7B17E968-ED2F-533A-BA4C-67A0205D0A91.plist
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 273 Sep 25 23:26 com.apple.PowerManagement.plist
delete all the com.apple.PowerManagement.* files
reboot

macOS re-generated the com.apple.PowerManagement* files
Code:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 42 Sep 26 17:58 com.apple.PowerManagement.7B17E968-ED2F-533A-BA4C-67A0205D0A91.plist
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 102 Sep 26 17:58 com.apple.PowerManagement.plist

result : sleep/wake function is working right now
it works for me too, thank you!

I've tried all the solutions in this thread (and all pages) but with no avail. I did get lucky a few times where it would shut down, but it was purely by chance I believe.

The solution which worked for me in the end was adding "FixShutdown_0004" with the value true to the config.plist using PlistEdit Pro. Adding this entry using Clover Configurator did not work (during my numerous attempts), therefore using another editor such as PlistEdit Pro did the trick.

For anyone who finds this post, you can edit your config.plist by downloading/opening Clover Configurator (CC) in Mac, on the left hand side of CC select "Mount EFI", then mount your EFI/boot drive by clicking "Mount Partition" beside the drive. Select "Open Partition" which will open Finder, then go EFI > Clover and your config.plist will be located there.

Update: This only works for me when you boot macOS using the ‘-v’ (verbose) bootflag.

Update 2: This only seems to work when you mount the EFI drive at least once. For regular use of the hackintosh where you wouldn't normally mount the EFI drive, the computer reboots. I've left the issue present for now.

work very well thanks u

I have the same problem, but delete the files (two files) does not solve the issue. Does anyone have luck?

Thanks itwas!

I'm not sure if it worked yet, but I'm giving your solution a try. I had the same symptoms after Mojave on my Main.

Edit: One day later, this solution is working great for me! Thanks again.

Edit 2: Spoke too soon. Since Mojave, sporadically when I wake my Hack I find it booting at the BIOS screen. The search continues...

Edit 3: I haven't completely isolated this issue, but for me the problem appears to have gone away when I started using USBInjectAll.kext. Previously I was using the default BIOS tables.

I've done the same and the issue went away. thanks!
