it is impossible to

get system log after waking coz i cant log in...my keyboard stop

Use remote desktop from another computer on your network.

You might need to increase the WakeDelay time (see VoodooPS2Controller.kext/Contents/Info.plist).

There are also some edits to your DSDT that don't look like typical patches (as if the DSDT is from another computer).

All kexts you need should be installed to the system volume.

i dont have another computer but i will try to increase wake delay
