I am not using Catalina, but you could try these things
Use OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000 instead of AptioMemoryFix - You may find EmuVariable okay after that.
Remove slide=0
In clover bootloader Clover UEFI Boot Mode + Emulated NVRAM

Try replacing AptioMemoryFix-64 with OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000 in the EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI folder
