Good question.
When I used the 4x40s I got Black Screen.

Wrong fix. Must use correct SSDT per your model.

The differences between SSDT-4x30s.dsl and SSDT-4x40s.dsl are small, but important.
And the differences will not cause black screen.
Code:
NUC6i7KYK:probook.git rehabman$ diff hotpatch/SSDT-4x30s.dsl hotpatch/SSDT-4x40s.dsl
1c1
< // SSDT for 4x30s

You right,
I tried (install_4x40s_hires) and (install_4x40s_hires MOD) and got Black Screen.

Now I tried (install_4x40s) and everything worked fine.
I don't know if those values make any difference but without them I did not have black screen.

Thank you very much for your help.

Your screen is 1366x768 (your system is lowres), not 1600x900, not 1920x1080, so the hires option is not correct, not expected to work.
