Typically an NVRAM problem.
Try without EmuVariableUefi-64.efi.
Make sure you delete nvram.plist from EFI.

Same error here. But NO EmuVariableUefi-64.efi and nvram.plist in EFI. I used the "nvram -p", but this error is still there.
