[Solved] No Thunderbolt on GIGABYTE GA-Z270X-UD5

@barsqiue has this working so I know this works on this board, I actually have an Apollo Twin I am trying to get working. Everything else works except for Nvidia Web drivers (I have a separate post for that). When I go into System Properties I see "No Thunderbolt Drivers loaded". I have a Startech Thunderbolt 3 to 2 adaptor.

I used Unibeast and Multibeast for installation. I have used @barsqiue Thunerbold settings on the motherboard

Any help is appreciated! Thanks! I can't call my build a "Music Making Monster" with no audio interface!

I don't know if this is still the case or not, but it used to be that you had to boot into Windows first and install Thunderbolt drivers there in order to initialize the card before it would work in macOS.

Got it working. Not sure how. It was however 'before' I installed windows. Unfortunately no "hot swapping" capabilities. I know this is normal. Thanks for the help.

Were you able to get the built-in sound chip working on this MB? That and thunderbolt are the last two items to get working for me.

As I mentioned, not sure how I did. Honestly, I think I was also looking under the wrong section of system properties as well. Audio device is present (the Apollo) but nothing under Thunderbolt.
