[SOLVED] No network after wake up

Hi,

I'm using GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3, osx 10.7.2, with lnx2mac 0.9 lan driver.

The configuration is set to DHCP.

On short-term sleep, there is no problem. But after a few hours of sleep, on wake-up, I'm getting invalid (169.x.x.x) IP address, and the only solution is re-install LNX2MAC driver, remove and add the ethernet adapter. any solutions?

I am having the same problem with the Customac recommended build and a Asus wireless dongle. When I wake the computer, the network preference pane shows that a network cable is attached even though there is not and try to gets an invalid IP address from the ethernet. The USB dongle shows a valid IP address but it is unable to connect to the network until a reboot. I have tried disabling the ethernet and setting the ethernet as a lower priority in the network settings but I still cant connect to the network.

Gigabyte motherboard: H67N-USB3-B3
Wireless adapter: Asus USB-N13

I just tried uninstalled the Lnx2Mac driver and installed the Realtek driver. I still get the false positve ethernet cable connection (and 169.... ip address) but my USB wireless is able to connect with this driver.

Sorry to crap on your thread but I thought we were having similar problems.

I have the same problem with the same exact motherboard. Not sure whats going on. Are you using darkwake=0 or usekernelcache=yes?

This is with manual IP config, no DHCP.

At this point Network System Preferences indicates no problem and neither does ifconfig(8) but no packets are flowing.

So in Network System Preferences I switch to a Location with no network interfaces at all and see:
