Sure... Seems as if it may be the best way to deal with this problem in that laptop (assuming you have the same).

It all makes complete sense now.

The only strange thing is that when USB2 port routing is turned on for the USB3 ports, it breaks USB3. It is not supposed to work that way. Dell did something strange to make that happen.

The rest makes sense.

my laptop is made year is 2014 !! one ,,is that same yours ?

edit :- never mind i fixed the problem with help of RM(thanks) ,,so
i'll be off to create my port injector !!!
