(SOLVED) No Audio Devices

Hi, as the title reads, I have no audio devices that show up in system preferences except for USB audio, which is very buggy for me. I have looked at the thread pertaining to how to get Realtek Audio to work, but I barely understand any of the terminology used and the guide is extremely confusing. I've tried to install all of these different Kexts, ran a bunch of scripts, and changed many things in my config.plist, but nothing seems to work.

I have a Gigabyte Z270P-D3 motherboard, Intel i5-7500, RX 560, 8 GB ram, and an SSD from SanDisk. I have attached a screenshot of my system preferences and my config.plist. Thank you in advanced.

(SOLVED)
I installed the Lilu.kext and AppleHDA.kext and changed Audio Inject to "1" and it fixed everything... for some reason. If anyone sees this and knows how to stabilize USB audio, I'd love to try suggestions.
