[solved] New Mac App Store

I am also having this issue. I updated directly from High Sierra from the mac app store.
Rebooted computer and everything works perfect exept when I open the new mac app store it freezes the whole computer.

I am not skilled enough to build a new dsdt but I did boot from my high sierra usb boot drive and opened the mac app store and it does not freeze the computer.

What in config.plist could be causing this issue?
Here is my config.plist

Any help on fixing this would be awesome.

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

I’m on a desktop (the 2014 one, in my signature) and I’m experiencing the same issue: every time I’m into AppStore, it freezes the system and I need to do a hard reset.
