Hi all.
I am doing a bleeding edge hack using the coffee lake i7-8700.
The basic install works OK until I try to get the system to reboot without the USB drive.
then things are pretty much broken. I can recover by doing an erase of the SSD and reload the OS one more time.
I am flailing. Since I seldom reboot, I will just boot via the usb until I have a sure solution to the MultiBeast issue.

After a lot of poking around I used an customized version of the method as found in:
https://9to5mac.com/2017/04/28/buil...h-installing-macos-sierra-step-by-step-video/
i.e. a lot of editing of the config.plist file.

all is working as expected except the on chip video, which has a frame rate of about 2/sec. A GTX1050 is in the mail
