[Solved] Mojave with SandyBridge (i5 2500k) possible?

I was wanting to pair my old i5 2500k with a Sapphire Rx 560 pulse video card , anyone got a similar system working? I read that the hd3000 is not supported but with a supported video card I was wandering if possible.

Yes, it's possible. Make sure to use at least an SMBIOS of iMac 13,2 or 14,2 so that you can install Mojave. iMac 12,2 or older will not work.

Hi I have an GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 motherboard + i5 2500K porcessor + Sapphire RX580 Graphics card and I get a black screen during the install, is it possible to share me your EFI folder or at least the config file please.

Please let me know if you require any other info about the build.

This should do it, I changed serial number, board id, and the Smuuid number,
My Board was a GA-Z68XP-UD3P same audio and ethernet, should work great.

This thread may be helpful also, similar board to yours. Post #1192 has Multibeast settings and I'm sure the EFI bios settings are in there somewhere.

Thank you, I will give it a try.
I tried your other suggestion of changing serial number, board id, and the Smuuid number through clover but that didn't fix the issue, I will try as per the new thread again.

I attached my EFI folder for you to try, I changed the serial number for you so we wouldn't be using the same one. You should be able to use entire EFI folder and boot, then run multibeast with selections checked in post from that thread.
