WhateverGreen.Kext is a plugin kext for Lilu.kext which must also be installed.
See https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/an-idiots-guide-to-lilu-and-its-plug-ins.260063/

P1LGRIM,

Thank you for the response once again. Yes I can double confirm that Lilu is indeed already installed all along since I've first installed Nvidigagraphicsfixup. I also tried matching my config.plist to match that of the Idiots Guide (that is, using kext-dev-mode=1, making sure 0x28 is on the booterconfig and 0x67 on the csr) as well as following the Kext Beast then the Kext Utility (for checking / repairing kext permissionst, etc) as advised in the next series of steps.

Once again, no GPU performance difference with these new methodologies.

Despite disappointing performance of the NVIDIA's 1060 (at least so far on the Cinebench R15) which what I am seeing does not reflect many others success stories, I shall have to remain content as is.

regards, Eq85.

Perhaps it needs updating.
kext-dev-mode=1 has no meaning in High Sierra.
Cinebench R15 is a poor measure of discrete graphics performance and that aspect has been dropped from the new Cinebench R20.

Dependencies :
1. Native NVRAM support or an emulation of same - Test
2. At least 10.12.4.
3. The correct web drivers matched to the OS build number.
4. No use of nv_disable=1.
5. NvidiaWeb=true in config.plist.
6. May need SIP fully disabled - CsrActiveConfig=0x67.
7. May need Lilu.kext and WhatEverGreen.kext.
