[Solved] Microphone Logitech c920 don't work

Hi, i have buy a webcam logitech c920 for my hackintosh, and when i use face time the video and audio is ok but the microphone don't work and the people i have to talk don't hear my voice... i have try with siri and it function but only with face time it do not work. what can i have to do? i have try to unplug the usb and plugin in to another usb port but it do not work again. thanks for the help.

In FaceTime, under Video menu, do you have the C920 selected under Microphone section?

Yes is selected... but today i have try again and microphone and works but not every time..
When it works. The other person feels like slow motion video, so not normal

So is the issue with audio or video using the c920? I have the same camera and it is working just fine in my computer.

Both audio and video...
When i use c920 with siri it work very well only on face time i have a problem

Launch the app called Audio MIDI Setup. It should be in the Utilities folder. In there, set the Format for C920 to 32,000 Hz if you haven't done so already. See if that works.

hi everyone, I have this camera and it's working in general, but I cannot use the microphone for FaceTime and phone call, the echo on the other side is really really bad. any working solution. even if I need buy something. for me phone call is the most important thing.
