I made a custom SSDT mapping all my ports accordingly and yes, they work perfectly fine in my case. I am not in front of my machine atm but if you like, I can share the SSDT with you later.
that would be outstanding!

Thanks for posting this. I've installed the patched SSDT and mod'd the config.plist. Did you get the USB 3.0 ports on the motherboard to work with these mods? I've installed them, no joy here. The USB 3.1 on the USB-A Type connector is working, as are the USB 2.0 ports, though in System Information devices plugged in there are shown on the USB 3.0 bus.

Hi jojomosgo. I see USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 Hubs in System information. From the tests I did, 3.0 disks for performed like 3.0 disks should. So, yes, I think it seems to be working fine for me. Maybe it has something to do with the F21 BIOS version I am using.

Hey @vince026 and @carman1rt, here's what I did:
1. I added Lilu.kext (https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/lilu.362/) to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/
2. changed SIP in Clover Configurator (CsrActiveConfig) to 0x67
3. rebooted
4. used vulgo’s awesome webdriver.sh (https://github.com/vulgo/webdriver.sh) to install NVIDIA Web Driver 378.10.10.10.25.103
Code:
sudo sh webdriver.sh -cu https://images.nvidia.com/mac/pkg/378/WebDriver-378.10.10.10.25.103.pkg
sudo sh webdriver.sh -m
5. changed SIP in Clover Configurator (CsrActiveConfig) back to to 0x3
6. rebooted

I hope this helps!

Good luck!

Hello sir, can you help me or guide me thru? My system is laggy as well and I don't know how to fix it. I install latest Nvidia driver and cuda as well. Thanks in advance

Hey taskforce21. You need to downgrade your NVIDIA Web Driver because the latest drivers can have the described side effects (laggy, slow UI)! The steps I described allow you to do just that. There's other (maybe easier, newer) methods to achieve this, like this one here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/nvidia-update-simple-way-to-install-nvidia-web-drivers.244987/. Anyways, the key element of the procedure is to patch an older (non-buggy) version of the NVIDIA Web Driver so it can be used with your version of macOS. Good luck!

Before I do this, I'm wondering if I have the same issues.

1.) Safari sometimes just seems to freeze for up to 15 seconds.
2.) Gmail in browser can be horribly slow.
3.) These things seem intermittent.
4.) POSSIBLY UNRELATED, My system just freezes completely and requires reboot a couple of times per week. Activity monitor freezes, no joy.

Related, I'm considering upgrading my video card cuz I'm not seeing the performance and I'm wondering if my glorious monitor needs more juice. - Dell 34-inch (3440 x 1440)

1. and 2. sound like what I had, GPU related. 4. Seems to be something else.
