Please do not judge me strictly, I'm still newbie to this. I created a bootable USB flash drive using Boot Disk Utility 2.1.2018 rev.023b. HFS file recovery, downloaded from the same utility. I disabled vt-d in uefi, rebooted into clover, put the -v flag. At boot the system reaches "End randomseed" and instantly reboots. USB flash drive is connected to USB 2.0 port. Please help me with this problem.

Sorry for my bad English, in this I am also a newbie)

HTML:
<key>AppleIntelCPUPM</key>
    <true/>
<key>KernelPm</key>
