I get a new notebook with Skylake CPU ( Intel Core i5 6200U // Intel HD 520 ) and Nvidia Geforce GTX 950M. When I boot up the Mac OS Installer, the Installer doesn´t find a 1000GB Seagate HDD and a 256GB M.2 Samsung SSD, it only finds my USB drive.
Has anyone a solution for this problem?

What kind of SSD?
If M.2 SATA, don't forget SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext.
If M.2 NVMe, don't forget to read the NVMe info in the FAQ.

I have a M.2 SATA Samsung 850 EVO SSD.
Where can I find the kext?

I made a new mac OS Installer with Clover UEFI. With the SATA-kext I was able to install mac OS on my M.2 SSD, but when I restarted the computer the Apple Recovery Partition is missing. I boot up my mac OS partition, but I wasn´t be able to setup my Mac, the setup program doesn´t start and there stands that the volume doesn´t work correctly. To fix this the problem I searched for a solution and found this guide: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/boot0-error-the-official-guide.65706/ , but nothing happend.

The boot0 error is not possible with UEFI.
You will not have a recovery partition unless you use createinstallmedia.
Follow the guide as written.

Thank you RehabMan for giving me advice. In the past I only dreated OS X Installers with Unibeast, so that was new for me.
I installed Clover sucessfully on my Dual Boot SSD ( I´m running Mac OS and Windows 10 in Dual Boot), but when I turn on the notebook the Windows Boot Manager appears instead of Clover.
I tried with the program EasyUEFI to manage the boot order, but every time when I restarted the notebook my created Clover entry disappears. What can I do if I don´t want uninstalling my Windows installation. Is that possible or should I have to reinstall windows?

There is important dual boot information in post #2 of the guide. It appears you did not read it.

Now it works, thank you, RehabMan. But now I have another problem: I extracted my DSDT file and the poem SSDTs with Clover and want to patch it now with MaciASL, but when I want to open the patch windows there stands:
"File Fetch Error - URL 'https://github.com/RehabMan/Laptop-DSDT-Patch/.maciasl' said 'not found' " I searched for a solution but I found nothing.

you can find the proper url for maciasl https://github.com/RehabMan/Laptop-DSDT-Patch you will need to read the readme as it explains on how to setup maciasl
