[solved] Lenovo Ideapad 310-15isk Sound not working High Sierra 10.13.3

Without PR files from the working scenario, just guesses...
It is possible you don't need FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext and perhaps that is one thing you installed as part of your vague "graphics fix".

FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext should be used only if necessary (and sometimes requires a custom configuration via ACPI injections). Try without.

Well, i removed it, and replace the acpi... with the new one, still no sound, the graphics are working with the config.plist patch that you provided in the master configs file, with no graphicsfix kext and no lilu kext... Still no sound...

Now, it's working, i activate the hdas to hdef patch in config.plist, i think that was the issue, maybe my dsdt was not correctly patched and that is why i needed to use the plist patch.
Have another question for you, is there a way to fix the brightness values range? because it is very bright in the most lower value, i remember that once i saw a post about it i think but i can not find it anywhere now.
Thank's Rehab.

HDAS -> HDEF is a default patch in the plists in my guide...

(as are other important renames)

You didn't implement backlight control correctly.

Ok, I did it like your post, removed old kexts that does not work anymore, and make everything like in the thread, have working brightness, but do not have slider in Display...

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

You failed to rename GFX0->IGPU.
It is a requirement to use SSDT-PNLF.aml.

It is a default rename provided in the guide plists:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

I noted that, because when i repatch it, in graphics properties the display image changed from a normal monitor to a laptop, the thing is that, it is convenient to repatch my already patched DSDT (after disassembly this) or start again with the default DSDT? And, how to delete PNLF patch in and uncorrectly IGPU patch in my patched DSDT?

You don't have to do anything to ACPI/patched/DSDT.aml regarding GFX0->IGPU rename.
It is handled via Clover hotpatch with the content in config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Patches.

Thank's Rehabman!

Everything is working flawless now!!! I only needed to apply the Clover patch and it did the trick...

Marked as solved!!!
