The computer was turning on and off perfectly several times before installing "100/200/300 Series Audio Support". Now it can't boot anymore. Its going into kernel panic.

The description for "100 [...] Support" on multibeast reads:
"Required for 100 / 200 / 300 Series onboard audio. Must be installed before any codec installation. Adds Rename HDAS to HDEF patch to /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/config.plist."

So i'm guessing the fix would be as simple as modifying the config.plist by replacing it with the backup file i created just before using Multibeast. The problem is i can't do that because i can't mount the EFI in safe mode.

Any suggestions?

Boot from a USB installer.
or
Hook the drive up to another Mac or Hack and fix it.

BTW for future reference, your motherboard is 6 series.

Yes, i know, i'm building a Hack for my friend with a Z370N wifi. Anyway i just decided to do a clean install because even after replacing the broken config with the good one it panicked. Go figure...
