I'm currently on Sierra 10.12.1 and my hardware is:
i5 3570K
z77-DS3H
EVGA GTX 970 SSC
I've tried 14.2, 13.2, 12.2, and MacPro 3.1 and no luck with any of those.

I installed the Nvidia web drivers, checked off NvidiaWeb in Clover configurator, EmuVariableUefi, and rebooted with the graphics card and it gives me the kernel panic as pictured. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you.

***update***
Did a clean install of Sierra on a spare SSD Drive, installed multibeast with iMac 13.1 SMBIOS, rebooted, installed the web drivers, and that was it! I have both monitors working (HDMI and DVI). I will probably do a brand new post with hardware and installation details so people will know what to do if they encounter the same issue I had.
