Hi there,

I've been hitting my head against the wall for the past couple of days trying to get my ethernet working on my new Hackintosh. My specs are in my description, but my mobo is an Asus Maximus IX Formula, which has Intel I219-v ethernet. So what I've been trying to do is install Rehabman's fixed version of IntelMausiEthernet from here: https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x.../RehabMan-IntelMausiEthernet-v2-2017-0321.zip

Unfortunately, it's not working at all. I used KextBeast to install in /Library/Extensions and I proceeded to chmod 755 and chown the files. My FakeSMC is working fine, and verified that using kextstat | grep Fake but when I kextstat | grep Mausi it doesn't show anything, and I don't get anything in my system preferences either.

I'm super frustrated and would appreciate any help, thank you.

Never mind, got it to work! I needed to disable both secure and fast boot and it works great now!
