Hello, its my first post in this forum. Okay now I have Asus A456UR Laptop with this spec :

- Processor : Intel i5 - 6198DU 2.3 Ghz (Skylake)
- Graphic : Intel HD 510 (GT 1)
- Discrete Graphic : Nvidia GeForce 930 MX
- 8GB DDR4 Memory
- Samsung EVO 750 SSD 120GB

I have install this Laptop with MacOS Sierra 10.12 with Clover bootloader, and have do some basic DSDT patch for battery, and sound.

Now my problem is on the Graphic, I have read on many forum and there’s no one can get graphic acceleration on Intel HD 510 successfully (they got no QE/CI, blank screen, or much artifact).
Also PikeR Alpha on his blog said that IHD 510(GT 1) still inactive and thus cannot be used without first modifying them.

Sort of, I have tried many platform id and fake id to get it working, I set that like this

- Platform id --- Fake id result
0x19120000 --- not set --> no acceleration
0x19120000 --- random id --> no acceleration
0x19020000 --- random id --> no acceleration
0x19120000 --- 0x19128086 --> blank screen
0x19020000 --- 0x19028086 --> blank screen
*No intel injection no acceleration

Im curious with the setting that lead to blank screen, so I tried that setting with my external display connected (via vga port), then theres the result :

- Platform id - Fake id result
0x19120000 --- 0x19128086 --> QE/CI graphic acceleration (only show on my ex display, blank screen on laptop)
0x19020000 --- 0x19028086 --> graphic memory show 1536 MB but with tons of artifact (only show on my ex display, blank screen on laptop display)

*I used RehabMan FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext lastest version (without this I can’t get graphic accel).
*I have set my BIOS Graphic Memory to 64MB (I have tried 128MB too, still get same result).

Screenshoot :

Is any IHD 510 user here have try out to get QE/CI ?
I cant get my laptop always connected with external display, so I really need to fix this to get graphic accel on laptop display.

Any suggestion guys ??

--> UPDATE = SOLVED

Intel HD510 support has been added at some point to the native kexts (I noticed that working after 10.12.2 update), I talk with Rehabman about that here.
Now it's running fine on my i5-6198DU procs with Sierra 10.12.6. Just Inject device-id 0x1902 via FakeID/IntelGFX=0x19028086 (which is supported natively and correponds to HD510), and no need for FakePCIID at all.
