You should not expect perfect graphics when using an invalid ig-platform-id.
The purpose of the invalid id is only to allow you to boot so you can rebuild caches.
Glad to know that. After booting with the invalid one above, I booted with the valid one and it worked perfectly. Now, I have full QE/CI.

Likely indicates you're booting with an invalid ig-platform-id at that moment.
The QE kext can't find the CI kext.

Thanks for the info.
Could you assist me with the audio? It seems someone tried to solve the audio problem here. I've tried latest AppleALC, which said my codec isn't fully supported by it:

I have also tried VoodooHDA, which worked for the first time (with a lot of problems though), but doesn't work after a reboot, even after resetting kernel cache. I've also tried InsanelyDeepak's repo, but it didn't work too.

Thanks for the info.
Could you assist me with the audio? It seems someone tried to solve the audio problem here. I've tried latest AppleALC, which said my codec isn't fully supported by it:

I know that, and I am afraid it means I'd have to make a patch on my own.

Again, out of curiosity what are these:
