The BIOS upgrade process reset the BIOS settings to their default values. After you upgraded the BIOS have you set the BIOS options back to the settings required by MacOS?

Yes. I did that. No results.
However, now it is working after I run unibeast / clover using a usb. Now I have to fix the audio again. It was really strange.
