I made clear install of 10.8.5 to my ProBook. After "HP ProBook Installer 6.1.6" installation, Chameleon doesn't work at all. I have to always boot from my Unibeast flash disk. I did try to run Chameleon wizard and result is always the same - black screen in boot time without any message or error information... I did try http://www.tonymacx86.com/25-boot0-error-official-guide.html too, but without success.

Thanks for any help.

Regards, Petr

Not enough information.

What is your hardware? Your profile does not reflect the specs of a ProBook. And what, exactly, did you select in the ProBook Installer?

So here are missing informations about HW:
HP ProBook 4730s, Intel i5-2450M CPU at 2,5 GHz, 8192 MB RAM, Product Number is BOX55EA#BCM, Intel HD Graphics 3000 (512 MB RAM), HDD Seagate Momentus 320 GB ST9320320AS

Thanks a lot for your help...

And just to clarify... you don't see Chameleon at all? What BIOS version? What do you see?

What is the resolution of your screen? (Just checking...)

Your HDD is not a 4k/AF device, so there is no need to do the boot0 fix.

Do you mean to reinstall Chameleon or how can I make it ?

Yes, re-install Chameleon using the ProBook Installer. Check your BIOS settings to be sure your boot device is set to the hard disk. That's a good place to start anyway.

So, I did re-install Chemeleon, but result is the same - not booting.

What is the output of the following (all in Terminal):
Code:
diskutil list
sudo fdisk /dev/rdisk0

Checking master boot record:
Code:
sudo dd if=/dev/rdisk0 count=1 bs=512 of=/tmp/mbr
xxd </tmp/mbr|tail

Checking partition boot record:
Code:
sudo dd if=/dev/rdisk0s2 count=2 bs=512 of=/tmp/pbr
xxd </tmp/pbr|tail
