Hello comrades!
I would like to change (upgrade/replace) a CPU from i3-6100 to i7-6700 or i7-7700 (I have not choosen yet)..
What steps should I do before replace my CPU?
What things in config.plist need to be changed?

Specs are:
Mobo - Asus B150 M-K
RAM - Crucial ballistix sport DDR4-2400 16 gb
SSD - Kingston 120 gb
OS X High Sierra 10.13.5 installed via Clover

The only thing you would need to change is your power management SSDT if you generated one using the script. You will have to generate a new one once you install the new CPU. Though this can now be achieved by using the PluginType option in config.plist. So the PM SSDT is no longer required.

Please note that the Intel Core i7-7700 has Intel HD Graphics 630 and you need to adjust your config.plist for that.

- Intel Core i3-6100 (Intel HD Graphics 530)
- Intel Core i7-6700 (Intel HD Graphics 530)
- Intel Core i7-7700 (Intel HD Graphics 630)

Thanks all!
Finally I bought a new CPU i7 7700 for my hackie-mac. Before replacing I've just turned on PluginType option in config.plist and also updated my BIOS (UEFI) to latest version.
Everything works fine.
