I have a HP Compaq Elite 8300 SFF (Q77 board, i5-3570). I have High Sierra installed and working (macOS 10.13.01, 17b48); installed web drivers for Nvidia (378.10.10.10.20.107). I restarted the machine after installing drivers and graphics card (MSI GT 710). I want to have a dual monitor set up but only the HDMI is working on the graphics card; the DVI out is not working at all. I don't know if this makes a difference, but I have not connected the computer to the Internet yet.

Any help is appreciated for this is my first hackintosh build. (I have been using MacBooks for 10 years, so I'm not a total newb). Please give me instructions for a newb. Thanks in advance

Parts list recap:

High Sierra (macOS 10.13.01, 17b48)
MSI Geforce GT 710 2gd3hlp graphics card (nvidia web driver 378.10.10.10.20.107)

I followed this video for the installation

I ended up solving this issue, it was the cable I was trying use. I was trying to use a DisplayPort to dvi cable, but it does not work when the dvi is connected to the computer and the DisplayPort on the monitor, it only works when the DisplayPort is connected to the computer and the dvi to the monitor.
