Did you add to /CLOVER/kexts/Other: the kexts I said you might need from RehabMans' bucket?

• If so, please remove and try booting without them
  • Just keep ONLY FakeSMC.kext+Lilu.kext+Intel graphicsFixUp.kext in Other folder.
• From Devices >Remove the FakeID and make that Intel GFX = 0x0
• Save the changes in Config.plsit and reboot
• Upload images like you did.

Never seen this problem of Monitor going to Sleep error during reboot!

What cable and ports are at present used between Graphics card and Display Monitor?

VGA does not work. Hope you are not using a VGA/DVI adapter that can make the monitor to become an Analog monitor in time and go to sleep.

Indeed, from 10.12.x up SKL VGA port work only need correct ig-platform-id, see attached png.
