If you don't see the bluetooth controller in System Information->USB, then it is a USB problem.
See guide: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-10-11-usb-changes-and-solutions.173616/

I tried to rename EHC1 to EH01 in DSDT and place FakePCIID_XHCIMux and USBInjectAll into S/L/E, but the bluetooth is still not showing up. ioreg report is attached.

Your XHCI controller is named XHCI instead of the required XHC (USBInjectAll.kext requires XHC).
There is no EHCI controller active on the PCI bus (BIOS setting issue).
Also, if your BIOS has a "fast boot" option, make sure it is disabled.

Thanks a lot Rehaman, it works, including airdrop!

Here is what I do
- DSDT: rename all XHCI into XHC, EHC1 into EH01
- Disable fast boot option in BIOS

Hi @Lisheng, how you did the 3rd antenna for bcm943602baed? Any noticeable enhancement with this 3rd antenna?
bcm943602baed said to can get 1300Mbps, you got it?
