OK, so you swapped 0204+0306 for 0105+0204 plus changed 0204 to '12' delay, and HDMI connector-type.
You found you needed the 0105 port for something?

I ran Pike's script and now everything is working as expected.

I made that kext patch after you had given me ideas for running certain kext patch configurations. This particular configuration is the one that just worked.

If there's no HDMI display out for intel HD620 & macOS reboots while switching HDMI; then check out the patch enabled in the config.plist posted by @krosseyed here [SOLVED] HDMI out on HD620 not working.
